Cay Piasecka is the founder and co-owner of Al Fresco Tails. She started Al Fresco Tails in 2014 after having worked with dogs and their owners for several years in the shelter environment and as a foster volunteer. She always had a love for animals and began working in animal sheltering in 2009, but she formally began training and behavior consulting in 2019. Having seen firsthand why many dogs end up in the shelter, she is passionate about working with dogs and their people to start, enhance, or repair the relationship with their dogs. Al Fresco Tails was initially started as a dog walking and vacation pet care company and has now expanded to include family dog mediation and training services. Cay and her wife, Heather, live on Martha's Vineyard and take pride in helping hundreds of island families with taking care of their beloved pets.
