Kick Ass Group Classes with L.E.G.S.
Can group classes be both practical for clients and deeply aligned with L.E.G.S.? This course explores how to design group programs that move beyond obedience-only formats and support the real needs of dogs and people. Group classes can be an affordable and accessible option for families, while also creating a sustainable income stream for professionals, but they need thoughtful structure to truly serve welfare.
This presentation looks at how to build group classes that account for Learning, Environment, Genetics, and Self rather than assuming every dog can succeed in the same setup. Participants will explore ways to manage arousal, create safety, support different phenotypes, and design classes that are useful, engaging, and realistic. The goal is to help professionals create group programs that are effective without losing sight of the individual dogs in the room.
